We have built our philosophy around a clear principle, on which we have invested everything: exceptional quality, with a focus on providing a more exclusive and genuine experience.

Our agricultural estate exclusively produces extra virgin olive oil from its ancient olive groves, without any chemical treatments, either before or after pressing. The olives are harvested by hand, selecting only the finest fruits, which are then cold-pressed mechanically. The oil is subsequently left unfiltered. This is how it reaches your table: after a completely organic process, preserving exceptional organoleptic qualities. The estate ships its products throughout Italy and worldwide.


The bed and breakfast rises from the remains of the ancient Di Grazia estate, located right in the heart of these olive groves and therefore peacefully distant from the houses and roads of the nearby Chiesanuova area of Valderice. It offers an exceptional level of service, classified as a third-category accommodation while maintaining prices of lower categories, with an almost unbeatable quality-to-price ratio. It guarantees maximum privacy for its guests and the opportunity to stay in a charming location that is also strategically positioned for excursions. It is located halfway between the beach of San Vito Lo Capo and Marsala, in the Trapani countryside, just a few minutes from Erice and only 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful seas.
